Pretty much every Harry Forever thread boils down to "I have an outstandingly stupid idea" and a lot of noise from Harry trying to convince people otherwise.
Harry could be the quintessential Baldrick, except that Baldrick's cunning plans are much better.

Association and subsidiary are not the same thing. CODE. and Goons share common interests, it's fairly natural that they're going to work together.
